  • Do I need to be a member to visit the lounge?

    No, our lounge is open to both members and non-members. However, we do have a VIP lounge only accessible to members. Becoming a member unlocks exclusive benefits such as discounts on cigars and events, access to private members only events, and personalized cigar humidor locker (option).

  • Can I bring my own cigars?

    Yes, you're welcome to bring your own cigars. However, you will be charged a $10 cutting fee. We also offer a diverse selection of premium cigars from Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Honduras and more for purchase, curated by our experts to ensure quality and variety.

  • Is there a dress code?

    While we don't have a strict dress code, we encourage our guests to dress comfortably and respectfully. Many patrons opt for smart casual attire, but ultimately, we want everyone to feel relaxed and at ease.

  • Do you serve alcohol?

    Yes, we have a full service bar with a wide selection of spirits, wine, and beer. 

  • Are there any age restrictions?

    Yes, all guests must be 21 years of age. We may ask for identification to verify age upon entry.

    Absolutely! We have a range of high-quality accessories available, including humidors, cutters, lighters, and ashtrays. Our staff can also assist you in selecting the right accessories for your needs.

  • Do you have outdoor seating?

    Yes, weather permitting, we offer outdoor seating where you can enjoy your cigar in a relaxed setting. It's the perfect option for those who prefer to enjoy their cigars in the fresh air.

  • Is the smoking of cigarettes allowed at the lounge?

    No, the use of cigarettes is strictly prohibited at the lounge. Premium cigars consist of one ingredient; all natural, aged tobacco. Cigarettes contain many ingredients and chemicals which interfere with the general smoking experience of our patrons.

  • Do you serve food or beverages on the premises?

    We provide various refreshments including fresh and sparkling water, soda, and premium coffee and espresso. We do not currently serve food, however we have cultivated working relationships with our local area restaurants who are more than happy to deliver to the lounge. Patrons are also welcome to bring their own food.
